Job Description
The Client Success Manager - SUD (Substance Use Disorder) will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the behavioral health and SUD segment, ensuring successful delivery of RCM services from onboarding through long-term engagement.
This role requires a strong understanding of SUD billing, compliance, payer guidelines, and behavioral health workflows. The candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SUD/behavioral health clients
  • Manage end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success
  • Collaborate with operations, billing, AR, and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely RCM delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise in SUD billing, payer requirements, and compliance
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (AR days, collections, denial rates, reimbursement trends)
  • Lead implementation and transition processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Conduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and performance outcomes
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within SUD RCM workflows
  • Support business development by providing insights on client needs and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with SUD regulations, payer policies, and state/federal guidelines
  • Travel as required based on client and business needs
IDEAL SKILLS WE ARE SEEKING:
  • Strong expertise in SUD / Behavioral Health RCM processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with direct exposure to SUD / Behavioral Health
  • Strong knowledge of SUD billing, coding, payer guidelines, and compliance
  • Experience managing client relationships in a healthcare/RCM environment
  • Experience working with US healthcare providers and payer systems
