Salary range: $30.46 - $44.55 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and psychosocial status.
  • Treatment & Psychotherapy: Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the patient’s specific disorder or disability.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to align on treatment goals and patient progress. Lead or participate in care conferences, providing expert insights based on assessments and clinical updates.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm 

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • One or more of the following required:
    • Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Master's degree required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Licensed LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW required 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with Adolescents 
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
