Position: Associate Dentist

We are currently on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensure
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
