Responsibilities
Mental Health Associate - Evening Shift Opportunity
This is a Full Time (32 or 40hrs/week) or Part Time (24 hours/week) position and requires working every other weekend. This position is on the evening shift and offers a full benefits package. A competitive shift differential is offered for overnights and weekends. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on education level and years (0-20 scale) of experience.

As a Mental Health Associate, you will:
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment
  • Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors
  • Assist with patient groups and activities
  • With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs.
  • You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, crisis intervention techniques, and CPR.
