This full-time position is ideal for individuals who have completed their bachelor’s degree and possess at least one year of relevant experience in mental health or counseling. Work Environment

This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining participation in team activities and training sessions. Your primary workspace will be within your home office, offering you the opportunity to create a calm, conducive environment for client sessions. The outpatient office setting enables you to engage with clients who are seeking therapy for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Expect a structured weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for consistent work hours and planned client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake assessments to understand patient history and current mental health status.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Lead therapeutic sessions, using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, or other modalities as appropriate.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly and document clinical notes in our secure digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision sessions to enhance clinical efficacy and skills development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external organizations to provide comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for each client.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be interacting with a diverse range of clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, and adults facing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship troubles. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.
  • An Associate registration in California (e.g., AMFT, ASW, or APCC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
