  • Department: Behavioral Health -Call Center (High Volume Calls)
  • Schedule: Per Diem Nights| 7p-7:30a| Must work 4 shifts per month
  • Facility: Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital
  • Location: 2233 W. Division St. Chicago, IL. Free Parking Available.
Responsibilities

Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs.  Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.                Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred.

2.                Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred.

3.                Three (3) years’ experience in customer service required.
