This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.The Summer 2027 program will run May 26th - August 6th 2027 (Dates subject to change)

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our Hartford CT office. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. Intern housing will be provided.

The hourly rateis$26.50/hrwith40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs

Our Actuarial organization drives to support business leaders with critical thought partnership and end-to-end accountability for business results. We are focused on growing leaders that specialize in managing risk. As an Actuary within Aetna, a CVS Health company, you will leverage strong analytical skills, business knowledge and understanding of human behavior to support the team in activities related to pricing, reserving, forecasting, data analytics, competitive intelligence, healthcare trend analytics and tracking business results.

You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:

  • Financial planning, forecasting, and reserving

  • Monitoring and forecasting medical cost trends

  • Regulatory filings

  • New product development and pricing

  • Examples of past internship projects include:

  • Assignments are available across a variety of business units including Commercial Business, Government Businesses & Medical Economics.

  • Limited non-traditional Actuarial assignments exist as available.
