Description
Who are we?
Lofty is a high-growth, global SaaS company serving the residential real estate market. Powered by Agentic AI, our solutions address the daily pain points faced by real estate agents, teams and brokerages, empowering them to launch effective marketing campaigns, capture and convert leads into meetings, and close more deals faster. Our technology helps agents and teams market smarter, respond faster, and close more deals. We eliminate the busywork so agents can focus on what they do best - building relationships and growing their business.
Our newest product, House.ai is revolutionizing residential real estate by building a next-generation portal that unifies brokerage, lending, and property management into a seamless, AI-powered ecosystem. Unlike traditional portals, House.ai acquires traffic through strategic mortgage broker and lender partnerships - giving us access to warm homeowner databases with verified intent and financial capacity. The result? Higher-quality demand, smarter matching, and a more efficient marketplace. Join us on our exciting journey and help shape the future of technology within the real estate space!
What's the job?
We're looking for a highly motivated, AI-Native Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the House.ai platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI/ML, marketplace dynamics, and real estate technology. You'll own the roadmap and execution of our next-generation portal as we launch and scale across top U.S. metro markets.
You'll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to build intelligent, data-driven experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and marketplace efficiency.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for House.ai's portal platform, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to design and implement AI-powered features including personalized home recommendations, predictive search algorithms, intelligent agent matching, and automated home valuation models
  • Own end-to-end user journeys for homeowners, home buyers, agents, and lenders. Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and iterate on product experiences to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Build and optimize two-sided marketplace mechanics-balancing supply (agent network) and demand (homeowner leads) while maintaining service quality and network effects
  • Establish key product metrics and success criteria. Run experiments, analyze A/B tests, and use data insights to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule
  • Work closely with GTM teams on product launches, pilot programs, and market expansion. Support database-driven acquisition strategy through personalized home evaluation reports and engagement campaigns
  • Ensure seamless integration between House.ai portal, Lofty CRM, mortgage systems, MLS data feeds, and property management tools

What's the work location?
You'll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix-a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You'll work in the office five (5) days per week for hands-on learning and connection with your team.
What's the earning potential ($$$)?
First-year earnings? This role offers a competitive base salary range starting at $90,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML-powered products.
  • Experience shipping AI-native features at scale (recommendation engines, predictive models, search, conversational AI, etc.).
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, experimentation frameworks, and KPI development.
  • Experience building consumer-facing products with complex, multi-stakeholder journeys including 0-to-1 product launches.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate vision, write detailed specifications, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in high-growth or 0-to-1 product environments.
  • Real estate, proptech, mortgage tech, or marketplace platform experience, preferred.
  • Two-sided marketplace product experience, preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
