As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods and solution-focused techniques.
• Providing psychotherapy services using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the specific preferences and therapeutic goals of clients.
• Maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and reflective of the highest standards of professional practice.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, encourage best practices, and enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Providing education to clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and relevant community resources to foster understanding and involvement in the care process.

The clients you will serve span a diverse demographic, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Your work will particularly focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
