?? Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA โ€“ ES) ??

?? Location: Kent, WA (School-Based) ?? Hours: 20 hours/week ?? Contract Length: 6 weeks ?? Start Date: August 24, 2026 ?? Openings: 1 ?? Interview: Required

? About the Role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst โ€“ Educational Services (BCBA-ES) plays a key role in supporting students with academic and behavioral needs. Youโ€™ll conduct behavioral evaluations, design and implement intervention plans, and provide training and consultation to school staff. As a clinical teacher, youโ€™ll observe, assess, and guide educational and behavioral service delivery to ensure students receive high-quality, evidence-based support.

?? What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Provide behavioral consultation to educators and support teams

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Offer training and coaching to school staff

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Collaborate with the Behavior Program Manager (Amy Schack) for supervision and role clarity

  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional standards

?? Minimum Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB)

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field

  • Preferred experience providing ABA services in school settings

  • One year of pediatric experience preferred

  • CPR certification (if applicable)

  • TB test or chest X-ray (as required)

  • Health certificate (as required)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Local BCBA Rate: $80/hour
