What Will You Enjoy Doing
OPEX Strategy & Program Deployment
  • Lead regional deployment and sustainment of NEXT and Operational Excellence programs.
  • Support development and execution of regional OPEX strategy and align initiatives across plants.
  • Lead OPEX assessments and monitor implementation progress, maturity, and sustainability.
  • Drive deployment of Process Stability, High-Class Standards, and established OPEX management systems.
  • Partner with Corporate OPEX teams to align regional execution with global standards and priorities.

OPEX Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional and local OPEX leaders, including performance and development planning
  • Build OPEX capability through the region via training, coaching and development programs.
  • Train and coach plant leadership teams on OPEX tools, methodologies, Lean thinking, and structured problem solving.
  • Establish consistent expectations, assessment standards and accountability for OPEX resources.
  • Promote cross-plant collaboration, knowledge sharing and replication of Good Practices.

Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and support regional continuous improvement initiatives, including high-priority plant performance and recovery efforts
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, strategy deployment sessions and structured improvement activities
  • Coach plant teams in problem solving, implementation and sustainment of improvement actions
  • Oversee the regional improvement project portfolio and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Partner with Operations Controlling to establish project measurement requirements and validate improvement results and benefit realization

What Makes You Great
Education:
  • 4-year degree (STEM discipline preferred) or 15 years of relevant operational excellence related experience

Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Ideal assignments include process analysis, supply chain, operations and lean management

Skills:
  • Knowledge of Project Management; experience leading projects
  • Computer literate (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Understanding of statistical tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of enterprise software and data management systems (preferred)
  • Social and interpersonal skills; good understanding of basics from behavioral economics
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking; ability to see things in terms of holistic view
  • Able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills.
