Lyndon Town School, part of the Kingdom East Unified Union School District, is seeking a Literacy Intervention Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities
  • Deliver explicit literacy intervention to small groups of students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement a comprehensive literacy program.
  • Partner with teachers to deliver research‑based programming through flexible groupings and ongoing formative assessment to monitor student progress in reading and writing.
  • Work closely with school and district level literacy coaches and school literacy specialists.
Qualifications
  • Has or is eligible for a Vermont Teaching License.
  • Experience with the workshop model, science of reading strategies and resources.
