Board certified Behavior Analyst/ BCaBA

Location: Montgomery, IL
Schedule: Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will directly impact clients' growth, independence, and overall well-being through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths

  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles

  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments

  • Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Participate in intake procedures, patient care planning, and ongoing clinical supervision as needed

Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential such as

  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management
