  • Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
  • Completing initial intake and updating assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Providing treatment based on your recommendation and clinical best practice for your clients
  • Providing Family support and training
  • Leading and educating your dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Collaborating with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities
  • Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload
  • In-home, school, and clinic environments available
What you'll bring:
  • The drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve
  • A passion for working with children with ASD and specifically the underserved populations we are dedicated to helping
  • Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • NC LBA (or the ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation - Current Drivers License and Auto Insurance Coverage
  • Ability to pass a background check and abuse registry check
