Behavioral Consultant (BCBA)

We are a dynamic, collaborative and innovative ABA pediatric therapy agency that is looking for an experienced BCBA to join our dynamic team of committed and dedicated professionals. We service children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in-home and in school. Our mission is changing children's lives, one child at a time!

A BCBA holds an esteemed position in the care of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
  • Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

Expectations:

  • Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
  • Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
  • Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
  • Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
  • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
