Do you have a passion for canine behavior, positive reinforcement training, and helping people navigate challenging situations with their dogs? Are you committed to humane, science-based behavior modification and making a lasting difference in the lives of animals and their families?
Join Marin Humane as a Dog Behavior Consultant and help transform lives by providing compassionate, effective behavior support that strengthens the bond between dogs and their people.
What You'll Do
• Conduct behavior consultations with clients in person, in their homes, and virtually
• Develop customized behavior modification plans and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Help clients address challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement and humane training methods
• Collaborate with fellow behavior professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible care and resources
• Evaluate behavior concerns, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend appropriate next steps
• Play a critical role in helping dogs remain successfully in their homes and communities

• Experience in canine behavior consulting, behavior modification, or professional dog training
