Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 


Behavior Supports and Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality ABA services to children and families who are looking for a BCBA who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients they serve.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring clinical excellence across assigned cases.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Analyze data and make treatment modifications as needed.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
