Now Hiring: Board-Certified Behavior Analysts throughout California!

Amergis Education Staffing is on the lookout for passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts ready to jump into the 2026–2027 school year and make a lasting impact!


Position Highlights:
Locations: Locations available all across the state!

Contract: 2026-2027 School Year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5-40 hours/week (hours vary based on school campus)
Campuses: To be discussed in interview 
Travel Package available if you're 50+ miles from the site!
Pay: $2500-3000+/week (depending on the campus)

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Minimum Requirements:  
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
