Job description:
The Bilingual Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the autism community and Autism Therapy Services for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish general knowledge about Applied Behavior Analysis and history of company to relay to potential clients and potential staff who inquire about ABA therapy.
  • Coordinate and participate in events to market and promote the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Build relationships with outside agencies who work in the autism field
  • Communicate with staff regarding events for participation.
  • Create and coordinate activities for staff and clients
  • Contact families through Phone, Email, social media and/or other sources who areinterested in receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and answers and respondsto inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Manage intake process including gathering insurance information, verification of benefits,follow up with prospective clients after verification of benefits.
  • Sends verification benefits to management to be submitted to the billing department.
  • Coordinates and schedules assessments with BCBA's and/or student analyst.
  • Communicate effectively to management including BCBA's to ensure messages are receivedin a timely fashion.
  • Create forms for the improvement of organization efficacy (employment application, clientpaperwork, etc).
  • Assist HR Manager with scheduling interviews, interviewing, and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1 + years of ABA experience or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Proven leadership, organizational and communication skills Bilingual in Spanish Solution- focused; must be great and problem-solving Strong ethical and moral compass; compassion for working with families and children with special needs.
