Description

Position Summary

This role is responsible for preparing coffee kiosk beverages and food, operating cash register and receiving payment in a timely manner while displaying courteous guest service.

Essential Functions

Greeting guests in a friendly manner and taking food and beverage orders

Prepare and serve quality beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones

Properly handle and maintain all equipment

Respond to orders, questions, concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

Accurately handle cash, credit card and comp payments, following appropriate cash-handling policies and procedures

Serve guests quickly and efficiently

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

Observe all relevant health and safety standards

Performs all closing, cleaning and stocking responsibilities at the end of the shift

Performs general upkeep and maintains setup in designated area of responsibility

Maintains general appearance of coffee station and order area

Perform all other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Director

Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of start date.

Must obtain VIP (Visibly Intoxicated Person) Permit within 30 days of employment.
