JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: TIGER CARE AIDE
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or two year's experience working with children.
2. Sincere desire to work with elementary age students
3. Ability to communicate effectively
4. Ability to understand and follow instructions
5. Any equivalent combination of education and experience
REPORTS TO: Tiger Care Site Coordinator
JOB GOAL: To assist Tiger Care Site Coordinator and Teachers in providing quality, positive and educationally sound child care.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise children in Tiger Care programs.
2. Perform assigned tasks properly.
3. Assists Site Coordinator and Teachers in all phases of the program.
4. Performs other duties as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Be able to lift 50 pounds.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: "At will" employment; compensation at an hourly rate paid monthly from time sheet.
TYPE OF POSITION: Nonexempt
EVALUATION: On-going evaluation by the Tiger Care Site Coordinator and evaluated annually by the Childcare Coordinator and/or Director of Early Childhood
