Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.50 per hour, based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
As an Equestrian Groom Guide, you will:
  • Ensure the safe transport of guests, prioritizing their safety and the well-being of our animals at all times.
  • Lead trail rides, ensuring all riders and horses are safe and comfortable throughout the experience.
  • Provide daily care for our horses, including feeding, watering, grooming, and saddling.
  • Report any illnesses or injuries to the Equestrian Manager promptly.
  • Inspect horse tracks and all tack before each trail ride to maintain safety standards.
  • Foster excellent guest and owner relations by delivering quick, satisfactory service.
  • Maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring everything is in flawless working order.

Your Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in an equestrian or farm-related role.
  • A customer focused approach, welcoming guests and working collaboratively with other associates.
