Job description

Premier Midwest Beer & Beverage is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in moving inbound and outbound products efficiently through the warehouse to support daily delivery operations. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory in alignment with purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience
  • At least six months of warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of forklift operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Experience using inventory software, databases, or warehouse management systems
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and check in merchandise from inbound shipments; verify against purchase orders or related documents
  • Select and fill case and bottle orders
  • Load outbound shipments and delivery trucks with billed orders
  • Restock daily case and bottle inventory
  • Participate in scheduled inventory counts
  • Follow all workplace safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Promptly report equipment service needs, safety concerns, and workplace incidents
  • Attend required safety meetings and training sessions
  • Complete equipment inspection reports before use
  • Meet operational efficiency goals and performance benchmarks
  • Utilize order selector, forklift, and riding jack equipment
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50+ lbs.
  • Operate additional warehouse equipment as needed
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. (heavier weights with proper equipment)
  • Ability to stand or walk for an entire 8–12 hour shift
