Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and customer-focused professional with experience in brand representation, event coordination, sales, and relationship management. Skilled at promoting brands with creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm while building strong partnerships with customers, retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Experienced in planning and executing events from concept through follow-up, deploying branded marketing elements consistently, and driving sales growth to meet marketplace goals. Knowledgeable in craft beer culture, beer styles, brewing processes, and industry regulations, with the ability to quickly obtain required certifications and adapt to fast-paced environments. Strong communication, marketing, and business relationship skills supported by a passion for the craft beverage industry.
Requirements:
Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. At least one year of experience in cellaring or brewing within a production brewery is preferred; however, the company is willing to train the right candidate. Applicants should also be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
