Job Title: Beer Order Selector/Picker


We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Beer Order Selector/Picker to join our team. As a Beer Order Selector/Picker, you will be responsible for selecting and picking beer orders accurately and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Select and pick beer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move beer products
  • Ensure that all orders are properly labeled and palletized
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 165 pounds
  • Ability to stand, crawl, stoop, kneel, bend, reach, pull, lift, walk for long periods of time during shift.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required

Physical demands and abilities:

  • Must know how to operate a forklift, walkie rider or a pallet jack.
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or ability to move objects that weigh more than 165 lbs.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
