Job description

Craft Beer Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is a Colorado craft brewery and brewpub brand built around community, hospitality, approachable craft beer, and scratch-made food. With locations in Evergreen and Littleton, plus a growing statewide distribution presence, we take pride in getting high-quality Lariat Lodge beer into the hands of our guests, retail partners, bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hard-working Craft Beer Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver to support our brewery and distribution team. This role is primarily focused on warehouse operations, order building, invoice preparation, cooler organization, and staging beer for the next day's deliveries. Delivery driving will be required on an as-needed basis.

The Craft Beer Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver plays a key role in making sure our beer gets where it needs to go safely, accurately, and on time. This person will gather and pack orders for the following day's delivery routes, print invoices, organize delivery paperwork, and stage orders in proper route order inside the cooler.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, reliable, experienced operating a forklift, and comfortable working in a fast-paced brewery and warehouse environment. This is an on-your-feet role that requires organization, accuracy, communication, and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gather, pick, and pack beer orders for the next day's deliveries.
  • Pull the correct products, case counts, keg sizes, and quantities based on invoices and delivery needs.
  • Print invoices and organize delivery paperwork for each route.
  • Stage completed orders in the cooler in correct delivery order.
  • Operate a forklift safely and responsibly when moving pallets, product, and warehouse materials.
  • Manage pallet ordering, tracking, and organization to support delivery and warehouse needs.
  • Track pallet movement, returns, and related documentation accurately, including CHEP pallets when applicable.
  • Keep the cooler, warehouse, and staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with rotating inventory to support freshness, quality, and proper product dating.
  • Communicate shortages, damaged product, order issues, or inventory concerns to brewery or distribution leadership.
  • Help ensure all orders are accurate before they are loaded for delivery.
  • Support general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing kegs, cases, pallets, and supplies.
  • Deliver Lariat Lodge beer to retail accounts, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, events, or internal locations as assigned.
  • Load and unload kegs, cases, and other products safely and efficiently.
  • Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with account partners.
  • Collect empty kegs or other returnable items when required.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate any delivery issues, missed items, account concerns, or route changes.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery work.
  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Previous warehouse, delivery, brewery, beverage, logistics, or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy product, including kegs and cases.
  • Comfortable working in coolers, warehouse spaces, and active production environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Able to follow written instructions, invoices, route sheets, and staging procedures.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Interest in craft beer is a plus.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly and move heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry product throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in cold cooler environments.
  • Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced brewery and warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate is someone who likes staying organized, takes pride in accuracy, and understands that small details matter. This role helps keep our distribution operation running smoothly, so we need someone who can be trusted to build orders correctly, stage them properly, operate equipment safely, and communicate clearly when something does not look right.

You do not need to be a beer expert, but you should care about quality, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

Benefits:

  • Employee food, beer, and merchandise discounts.
  • Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law.
  • Opportunity to grow within Lariat Lodge Brewing Company.
  • Hands-on experience in craft beer distribution, warehouse operations, and brewery logistics.

Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Higher starting pay may be available for candidates with strong brewery, distribution, forklift, inventory, pallet tracking, or CHEP experience.

Application window: Applications accepted until 7/1/26, or until the position is filled.

How to apply: Send your resume and a brief note of interest to both alex@lariatlodgebrewing.com and mike@lariatlodgebrewing.com. Use the subject line: Craft Beer Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver.

Equal Opportunity Statement: Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is an equal opportunity employer. We value reliability, teamwork, respect, and a positive work environment.
