Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Greater Toronto Area - (Must be able to travel around Ontario & to King City head office)

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience and expertise)

We are seeking a qualified and energetic Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, growing sales team. The successful candidate will manage and expand sales in Canada and the US, with a focus on developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic, solution-oriented professional with a passion for selling premium meat products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales expansion in Canada and the US by managing and growing new territories.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new accounts across retail and foodservice channels.
  • Promote premium, organic, and grass-fed meat products to new and existing accounts and territories.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by introducing new products and offerings.
  • Provide tailored solutions using a wide range of products and programs, including premium pet food, shelf-stable tallow, entrees, and bulk beef and bison cuts.
  • Effectively communicate customer needs and feedback within the organization to support supply chain flexibility and ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years in sales managing accounts and developing new business relationships
  • Post-secondary education in business administration/related field
  • Strong desire and ability to grow sales across Canada and the US.
  • Proven track record of managing a lead pipeline and developing new accounts.
  • Experience in sales for retail and foodservice channels, with a focus on premium and luxury products.
