What is the $160,000 mechanic job that Ford can't fill?

The $160,000 mechanic job refers to highly specialized roles such as advanced diesel or heavy equipment technicians, often requiring extensive experience, certifications, and knowledge of complex machinery. These positions are in high demand due to a shortage of skilled mechanics capable of maintaining and repairing modern, sophisticated vehicles and equipment, making them difficult for companies like Ford to fill. Such roles typically involve working with specialized tools, diagnostic systems, and may require working in challenging environments or on large machinery.

A beef mechanic can potentially earn $10,000 a month through experience, specialized skills, and working in high-demand environments such as large farms or processing plants.
