Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall leadership, direction, and coordination for multiple foremen and craft crews across assigned project areas.
  • Reviews blueprints, schematic drawings, specifications, and project schedules to plan and coordinate work activities.
  • Oversees installation, dismantling, alignment, rigging, and assembly of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, site procedures, and quality standards.
  • Coordinates manpower, equipment, tools, and materials to support project productivity and schedule requirements.
  • Monitors daily progress, workforce performance, and production goals across multiple crews and disciplines.
  • Leads planning meetings, safety discussions, and coordination efforts with superintendents, subcontractors, and project leadership.
  • Identifies and resolves field issues, workflow conflicts, and scheduling challenges to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
  • Oversees confined space activities, rigging operations, equipment setting, alignment work, and epoxy grout activities.
  • Ensures foremen and crews understand project priorities, work packages, and execution expectations.
  • Supports workforce development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management of foremen and craft professionals.
  • Reviews and approves manpower needs, timekeeping, work plans, and daily reporting documentation.
  • Coordinates with QA/QC, safety, engineering, and operations teams to maintain compliance with project requirements.
  • Promotes strong housekeeping standards, equipment care, and overall site organization.
  • Tracks productivity trends, labor performance, and project milestones to support successful project execution.
  • Reinforces a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the workforce.
  • Typically requires extensive industrial construction experience with demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory or general foreman role.
