Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships within the assigned region. This role requires proactive territory management, consistent client engagement, and effective communication with internal teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales & Territory Management
  • Manage all sales activities within the assigned  territory.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a regular travel schedule to visit customers, prospects, and trade events within the region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned region.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and pricing proposals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (customer service, production, logistics).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Sales Reporting & Performance
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to regional management.
  • Track and analyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, and packaging
  • Proven ability to manage regional territories and develop new business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region.
  • Need to beauty industry experience
