They may conduct scientific studies, market research, or consumer surveys to inform product development and marketing strategies. Beauty research helps companies create safer, more effective, and appealing products for consumers.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of someone working in beauty research?

Professionals in Beauty Research typically spend their days conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing cosmetic ingredients, and evaluating the efficacy and safety of skincare or makeup products. They collaborate closely with product development teams and regulatory affairs to ensure formulations meet industry standards and consumer expectations. Additionally, they may research emerging trends, test prototypes, and document findings to support product claims and innovation. Effective communication and teamwork are key, as findings often guide marketing strategies and product launches.
