As a Beauty Studio Advisor, you bring the Beauty Studio experience to life through personalized
recommendations, product demonstrations, beauty expertise, and authentic guest connections. You inspire

explore trends, find solutions tailored to their needs, and build routines that fit their lifestyle and budget.

provide you with the skills and experiences of:
Driving guest loyalty through exceptional service and inspiring experiences that build trust and repeat visits
Providing personalized beauty products and regimen recommendations through guest engagement,
product knowledge, sampling events and service-led selling
Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping
patterns, pricing and promotions strategies
Beauty product knowledge including beauty brands, seasonal trends, cosmetics and various skincare
products and fragrance
Leveraging digital tools and AI-powered resources to enhance the guest experience and personalize
recommendations
As a Beauty Studio Advisor, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most
likely include the following responsibilities:
Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:
o Greet:
10ft: be friendly - smile, make eye contact, or wave
4ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
o Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping
experience
o End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
o Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and
respectful attitude
o Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
Support guests with genuine interaction to understand their needs and what level of service they prefer;
ask open-ended questions to provide appropriate recommendations, product knowledge, and drive sales.
Prioritize guest interaction and engagement while still completing tasks within the studio such as ensuring
product is organized, in stock and signed correctly, pricing is accurate, cleaning and maintaining testers
and sampling supplies, and completing changes to salesfloor merchandise displays.

Encourage guests to explore Beauty with confidence by making sure the area is clean, testers are
available, and surprising and delighting them with product samples.
Participate in ongoing store training focused on new products, industry trends, product knowledge, guest
engagement techniques, and business priorities to support continuous development and sales
performance.
Familiarize yourself with prestige product ingredients and benefits; leverage training resources, product
packaging, in-store marketing, and store tools.
Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report
hazards and correct where possible.
All other duties based on business needs.
