POSITION OVERVIEW
The Licensed Beautician/Stylist provides contracted salon services to the senior population at our health campus. The campus serves a variety of residents from all levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilition to Home.
The successful candidate will work part-time, 2 to 3 days per week or hours otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the health campus. Services are provided onsite at the health campus salon.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for residents.
  • Provide a variety of services to residents which include setting, coloring, and perming hair.
  • Cut and trim women's and men's hair and beards.
  • Style hair consistent with residents' requests and preferences.
  • Promote a friendly and positive atmosphere in delivery of services.
  • Independently run and operate all aspects of the salon operations including compliance with Federal and State Health Regulations.

Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Beautician
  • Must be able to provide proof of insurance and post operator's license at the health campus
  • Experience working with Long Term Care residents preferred
