The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations for a premier resort in Tucson, bringing a visionary culinary perspective and an exceptional pedigree of fine dining excellence to a dynamic, guest-focused dining program. This role is designed for a bold, creative culinary leader with Michelin or James Beard recognized experience who is inspired to elevate the resort's dining identity and deliver a transformative culinary experience in the heart of the Sonoran Desert.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader with a distinguished background in Michelin-starred or James Beard recognized restaurants, hotels, or resort environments
  • Visionary culinary perspective with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative, boundary-pushing menus that reflect a deep respect for local ingredients, culinary tradition, and the unique character of the Tucson and Sonoran Desert region
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and culinary excellence across multiple resort dining outlets
Responsibilities
  • Lead all culinary operations across all resort dining outlets and event functions, setting a bold culinary vision that elevates the resort's dining identity and delivers a consistently transformative guest experience
  • Develop and execute innovative, seasonally driven menus that celebrate the rich culinary heritage and local ingredients of the Tucson region while reflecting the highest standards of fine dining excellence
