What You Will Do

  • Navigation of and data entry into applicable databases or quality systems (examples: CABS, SHARP, PRISM, Net Inspect, and Common PDM)
  • Verify product and process compliance with respect to contractual, technical, industry, AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and internal policies
  • Ensure identification, physical control, and disposition of non-conforming material
  • Regularly interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
  • Interactions with off-site support functions and suppliers
  • Participate in daily status meetings with the factory support, factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience.  In lieu of a degree, an Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience or  HS diploma and 4 years of relevant experience"
  • Manufacturing process experience in one of the following (assembly, inspection, test)
  • Previous experience reviewing/interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control
  • The ability to obtain and maintain an US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) clearance prior to the start date

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with as built reports in the CABS system
  • Existing DoD Secret Clearance
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating, having difficult conversations, and ability to work well with factory management, hourly employees, and internal stakeholders
  • Six Sigma or ASQ Certification

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
