Core Managed is a leading IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) that provides comprehensive solutions to businesses of various sizes. Our mission is to help our clients maximize their IT capabilities and achieve their business objectives by offering a range of services, from technology consulting to cybersecurity to compliance to managed services and support.

Job Description

Core Managed is looking for an energetic and experienced B2B Outside IT Sales Representative to join our company. This is an advanced, high‑level sales position with tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long‑term growth.

The Position

The BDR position entails evaluating potential clients by analyzing their needs and suggesting strategic solutions while utilizing our Managed Services. Each customer's unique challenges and objectives are kept in mind when proposing these solutions.

Our consultative sales process allows the BDR to assist clients in solving business problems and to plan for long‑term business roadmaps. In this role, you will work with clients to identify IT and Cyber Security needs and translate them into concrete recommendations to bring value to their organization.

Through presenting and evaluating solution options, you will assist clients in making informed decisions and will establish yourself as a trusted business advisor. This will entail demonstrating how our solutions can address business challenges while ensuring future success through a long‑term partnership. This may include delivering executive‑level presentations and creating a digital transformation business roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific region (Primary: Atlanta Metro/Secondary: Georgia) and generate new business opportunities.
  • Validate and accommodate new business requirements that arise via our lead generation platform, sales development team, and your personal prospecting within your assigned region.
  • Conduct initial meetings with potential clients in‑person or virtually.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages and capabilities of our team, protocols, tools, and personnel in Managed IT, Compliance, and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Communicate with potential clients and educate them on the value of what our team offers.
  • Lead in‑person proposal meetings with assistance from our Solutions Engineers and in‑house team of experts.
  • Educate potential clients on how our solutions can meet their present and future business requirements.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients to uphold our company's reputation through excellent customer service.
  • Effectively manage workload to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to develop and expand our business network.
  • Continuously refine and improve the BDR process and strategy to optimize results and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing with proven results.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with IT MSP services and solutions, and how they align with clients' business needs.
  • Experienced in using CRM tools and processes to manage and track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
