Starting at $15/hr + Commission | $38,000–$55,000+ Avg. Annual Potential

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our team at Clermont CDJR. This is a great opportunity to grow with one of the nation’s largest, family-owned automotive groups in a fast-paced and supportive environment. No experience required! 


Compensation
  • Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr

  • Commission:

    • $15 per customer brought into dealership 

    • $20 per customer that buys

    • After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold

  • Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000–$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries

  • Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates

  • Re-engage missed and no-show customers

  • Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
