A leading dealership in the Alabama/Florida Panhandle areas
is looking for an experienced BDC Service Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for managing a dynamic team, we want to hear from you! You will provide an open and informative relationship between our BDC personnel and the sales and service staff.
We have a standard of honesty and integrity when conducting business. Without question, a highly qualified well trained and motivated BDC manager will define the success of the Business Development Center.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and manage the BDC department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop staff to meet performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze call volume and customer interactions.
  • Implement strategies to improve service department efficiency.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to enhance customer experience.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in a BDC or similar management role.
  • Experience in Xtime a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive service operations is preferred
