The goal for the BDC Sales Specialist is to set appointments for our Retail Sales Divisions. Pay will be an hourly rate plus a generous commission for each appointment that results in a sold unit. This position requires self motivation and the ability to stay on task with little or no supervision. Only career oriented individuals need to apply as our Retail Sales Associates rely on this team to produce leads for potential sales.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for handling high volume of potential customer leads monthly for several franchises
  • Compose grammatically correct emails and be able to communicate effectively via phone
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge criteria set by the manufacturer
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner

Required Skills/Abilities:
