Job Description

Purpose:
The Service BDC Associate is responsible for scheduling and generating appointments for our clients. The BDC Associate delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner.  This highly accountable position utilizes lead management tools and software to maintain a high focus on customer outreach and retention opportunities. The Service BDC Associate will be trained interdepartmentally and will be expected to coordinate with service, parts, and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Utilize reporting tools that allow us to see upcoming service and bulletin information for BMW clients in our market.

·    Contact clients to assist with scheduling for maintenance, recalls, or repairs.

·     Respond to phone and internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.

·       Work interdepartmentally with service, parts, and sales to ensure quality customer service for all clients.

·       Generate service appointments and conduct appropriate follow up for “no-shows.”

·       Act as a service concierge for all clients when they arrive and while they wait for their repairs to be completed.

·       Effectively utilize lead management tools and software, including CDK, X-Time, and DealerLogix.

·       Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

·       Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
