Phillips Chevrolet is currently accepting applications for talented, outgoing and motivated single point of contact Sales Specialists. We offer paid, on-the-job training through our renowned Phillips University strictly dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This is a full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week including Saturdays. Dealership closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Example of work schedule:  Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, 11am-7pm, (2) 9am-7pm, 1 day off during week and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Receives the leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back up help from the Sales BDC
  • Sales sells all the products including aftermarket and backend products
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
