As a key contributor of the Schwab Advisor Services BCE organization, the Senior Manager, AS ProDirect Growth Consulting, is responsible for creating highly action-oriented consulting programs tailored for member firms while optimizing, enhancing, and maintaining existing ones. The role centers on building program frameworks and high-impact resources that bring them to life, including scalable tools, guides, worksheets, exercises and more. Together with our team of Growth Consultants, these programs and resources help propel member firms to new levels of growth and success on their path to becoming top performing firms.

What you have

Required qualifications:

  • The ability to translate complex and varied inputs including market data, client and executive insights, and broad industry research into compelling stories and actionable programs of the highest quality.
  • Very strong content creation, writing, and communication skills
  • The ability to research, synthesize data, develop recommendations, influence partners, and report on status.
  • A ‘can-do’, results-oriented approach to business.
  • A high degree of detail orientation and project management skills.
  • A bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to understand audience needs and create high-impact action-oriented content and resources based on those needs.
  • The ability to understand dependencies and anticipate downstream consequences.
  • Very strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • A proven ability to work in a fast paced, iterative, and matrixed environment.
  • A desire to be part of a team that celebrates and advocates for each other.
  • 7-10 years in a content creation and program management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA Degree
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment, creating content, thought leadership, and client- and/or advisor-facing assets.
  • Experience in the financial services industry and understanding of practice management and consulting
  • Strong knowledge of the RIA and other advisor channels
  • Experience working with and leveraging Copilot and other AI tools
