We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Director, to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will assist with existing growth campaigns and lead new strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening our footprint in Georgia. Join us at B&N and be a pivotal part of our team. B&N District Director Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business plan in alignment with B&N core values and strategic goals, addressing market needs across transportation and municipal services
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, growing a robust practice to serve public clients
  • Lead early project acquisition, convert existing client relationships to contract opportunities, and ensure successful project deliver meeting client expectations and financial targets
  • Collaborate with Southeast Division leadership on budgeting and business projections for area operations
  • Build teaming opportunities with local consultants and agencies; actively network and represent B&N in professional organizations

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 20+ years of proven success in leading and delivering transportation and municipal projects
  • PE registration in Georgia, or ability to gain through reciprocity
  • Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, team development, and market/business growth
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects for GDOT and local governments in the Atlanta metro area
  • Ability to lead and supervise technical staff
  • Proven business development experience with strong relationships with key public sector client decision makers
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and an entrepreneurial attitude, self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity, and success
