EVOLVE Addiction Treatment is part of Bradford Health Services, a leader in substance abuse treatment and programs for over 40 years. Our programs meet each individual where they are, providing compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses substance use disorders and prepares patients for long-term success. Whether through counseling, peer support, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), or gender-specific programs, we offer a holistic approach to healing that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.


The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for operational efficiency, staff supervision, budget management, and the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery. The Executive Director serves as a key leader in fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within the organization.



Responsibilities


  • Supervise and direct all facility affairs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Implement and enforce company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards to maintain compliance
  • Develop and maintain a positive and structured environment conducive to patient recovery
  • Ensure staff accountability in maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
  • Develop and submit a plan of organization for facility personnel to the CEO for approval
  • Prepare and manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial stability and resource allocation efficiency
  • Oversee all business affairs, ensuring that revenues are collected and costs are aligned with the budget
  • Ensure compliance with third-party payers and regulatory agencies regarding billing and financial management
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state regulatory standards, including HIPAA, Joint Commission (TJC), and other accrediting bodies
  • Prepare the facility for licensing inspections, Joint Commission surveys, and other required audits
  • Maintain all necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance with industry regulations
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to ensure effective facility operations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers and facility staff, promoting professional development
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff training initiatives to enhance team competencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, external providers, and community partners
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to ensure visibility and engagement within the local recovery and healthcare communities
  • Represent the facility at networking events, public relations engagements, and professional conferences
  • Monitor and assess clinical and operational performance metrics to drive continuous quality improvement
  • Lead facility-based Performance Improvement Committees to evaluate policies, procedures, and patient care strategies
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and participate in strategy development for enhanced program effectiveness



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in residential, sober living, or supportive living settings
  • Prior management experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field
