Familiarity with claims management software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and regulatory coding standards such as ICD-10 and CPT is essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication help you resolve discrepancies and provide quality service. These competencies ensure accurate claims processing, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated insurance environment.
