Job description

Hours: 2:00pm-10:00pm, rotating schedule in Memory Support.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth
  • Delivery of exceptional care in a household environment
  • Assistance with the delivery of an overall dining experience and the collaborative evaluation
  • Assessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space)
  • Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community life
