• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York is mandatory.
• Possession of a clean professional record; no disciplinary actions or restrictions on licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine, compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in using computers and digital communication platforms for therapy delivery.

• Previous experience in remote therapy practice, particularly with adults, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-focused or evidence-based therapeutic modalities can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits include:
