Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Tampa, FL
ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients in the Hillsborough County region. This role allows you to serve between our Tampa clinic, local schools, and home-based environments while working alongside a collaborative team focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients.

Clinical Support for BCBAs

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and related professionals to support skill generalization
  • Provide caregiver training to help families implement strategies across environments
  • Maintain documentation and supervision standards required by the BACB and funding sources

Caseload Structure
  • BCBAs in this role typically work with clients across a combination of settings, which may include:
  • Clinic-based services at our Tampa location
    School services supporting clients during school hours
    Home sessions that support caregiver training and skill generalization
  • Caseloads are developed with leadership to align with clinical interests, geographic preference, and scheduling needs whenever possible.
