Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a dynamic, child-focused environment. This role involves delivering high-quality ABA services, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and care teams to support meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and oversee ABA services for clients and families to support cognitive, social, behavioral, and self-help skill development
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers to maintain continuity of care
  • Support staff growth through ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
  • Assist with clinic operations and program development initiatives
Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential, as required
  • Eligible for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to obtain credentialing with insurance providers
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
