What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, andย monitorย skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programsย 
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregiversย 
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)ย 
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weeklyย 
  • Other typical BCBA activitiesย 

Requirements

  • Master'sย degreeย 
  • Active BCBA certification,ย requiredย 
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start dateย (ifย required)ย 
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insuranceย 
  • Ability toย maintainย clean background/drug screenings and driving recordย
