Job description

Looking for a flexible way to earn additional income without taking on another caseload?

Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a BCBA to conduct periodic in-person supervision visits for a small number of clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This position is ideal for BCBAs who already have a full-time role, operate a private practice, or simply want a few additional hours each month at a competitive hourly rate.

The role is expected to require only a small number of hours initially, with opportunities for additional hours as the need grows.

What You'll Do

• Conduct periodic in-person supervision visits

• Provide clinical oversight and support as needed

• Collaborate with our clinical team to help ensure high-quality services

What We Offer

• $85-$100 per hour

• Extremely flexible scheduling

Requirements
